Common questions
Do my guests need to install anything?
No. Guests book using WhatsApp or a web portal.
What counts as a booking?
Only bookings made through the AI agent (WhatsApp, email, or Telegram) count against your plan. Bookings you create yourself in the portal or that come through your website booking page are always free and unlimited — on every plan.
What happens if I go over my booking limit?
We'll never cut off your bookings mid-month. Overages are charged at a flat rate per booking above your plan limit.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing in the portal.
Does Seatly work with my existing booking system?
Seatly is a standalone booking platform. Integrations with popular POS and reservation systems are on the roadmap.
